Dear Sandra:
First, please direct your CSS inquiries to the CSS listserv, CSS-D.
There are many very qualified people there who can help you with all
your CSS needs. :-)
I took a look at your code and found a case of divitis. Please do not
be afraid to use tags for their intended purpose, such as <h1>, <p>,
etc.
I did a quick fix with some minor things to be done. It isn't the
best, but hey, I did it in like twenty minutes. :-p I'll take the page
down at the end of the week.
Also, when uses graphics on the web, please do not use HTML to resize
the image (height="100px" width="100px"). If you have a 1000px by
1000px file "shrunk" to a tenth the pixels, the overall file size
doesn't change (so you're still downloading a 1.5MB file), and
typically the graphic sucks because it wasn't an exact ratio.
I hope that helps, good luck.
