[Web4lib] SLIGHTLY OFF TOPIC - HOW TO CONNECT AN OLD PC TO OUR INTERNET CONNECTION?

All,

Apologies for being off topic with this question, but you all are so
very tech savy.

I have an old (windows 98) pc that only has a phone connection on it -
Is there any kind of adaptor that I can use to connect a phone plug in
to an Ethernet connection? Something like a jack that would have the
phone connection on one end (small) and the Ethernet connection on the
other?

I have tried just transferring the files via a floppy or a flash drive
but the pc is so old this isn't working either!!!!
