We have used Conduit to create toolbars for our staff and our clients ( http://www4.utsouthwestern.edu/library/libToolbar/downloadToolbar.html ) . It has been modestly successful and we may actually expand our collection to toolbars for specific client groups (i.e. clinicians, bench scientists, admin staff, etc.). It is very easy to create a toolbar, and it is free.
