We are testing Joomla on some special projects this year
(http://www.bigreadok.com is one that's up right now) and plan on using it
for our complete site redesign this coming year. The biggest problems we
have are the end users getting use to a dynamic site that allows active
participation and also convincing staff that they are publish their own
content. But a few are coming along with the idea. :) We are also
learning a lot about various add-ons functionalities and over all are happy
with the results.

There's Joomla in Libraries that has some good examples
http://www.joomlainlibrary.com/home/ if you want to see others.

Holler if you have other questions!

Subject: [Web4lib] Content management systems

I'm starting to look at adding a content management system to my
library's website (yes, I'm still in the era of manual editing). I'm
aware of some of the biggies like Drupal, Joomla, etc., but I'm curious
to know what people are using out there in the library world.

What CMS are you using? What do or don't you like about it?
