Technology Specialist – Columbus, OH

OHIONET, a not-for-profit, multi-type library network, seeks an
energetic and technologically savvy individual to provide technical
support to and conduct training sessions for OPAL (Ohio Private
Academic Libraries) consortium members and their staff to support
their use of the Innovative Interfaces system and to assist in the
administration of that system.

Qualifications:

•	Bachelors degree or equivalent experience;
•	Minimum of two years of library system administration or support required;
•	Experience in or knowledge of library technical services operations
preferred;
•	Experience with Innovative Interfaces Millennium system preferred;
•	Must possess the ability to provide front-line troubleshooting in
complex technical environments;
•	Must have a strong public/customer service background;
•	Must be capable of managing technical projects;
•	Should possess excellent leadership, analytic and problem-solving skills;
•	Infrequent travel to libraries required.

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.  OHIONET
provides excellent benefits package including 20 vacation days, 11
holidays, 12 days sick leave, TIAA-CREF retirement plan.
