Hi,

This topic is a bit of a stretch for the list, I think, but possibly of
interest. If I've strayed too far thanks for your indulgence.

Lehigh University is evaluating companies/services help HR offices to
"go online" with performance management of employees -- everything from
job descriptions to employee evaluations and goals/objectives is
accessed/managed/stored on the web. The steering committee has
identified a few universities that have Web-based performance management
and a number of corporations. Examples of commercial products are
Halogen, CASPER, Conexa. We hope to select a system later this year and
implement at the end of 2008.

Hoping to hear from the Web4lib community about efforts along these
lines at your university. Please reply to sek2 at lehigh.edu.

Thanks!
