[Web4lib] internal vs external Web statistics

Hi Erica,
You can set up AWStats to track internal and external IP addresses in
separate reports. http://awstats.sourceforge.net/
You set it up to tell it which IPs you want it to gather data on for
a given configuration, and it will ignore the others.
