[Web4lib] Google docs

Hello, everyone!

I use Google Docs all the time as it's really convenient to do so.  As I've
been known to lose my flash drives and once even washed one, anything like
this is great for me!  I don't use it for confidential info, of course, but
I like it.  I've encouraged our patrons to use it as many can't afford or
don't want to buy flash drives/floppies and our system cleans our computers'
hard drives at the end of each evening.  Many a person has lost their work
due to that so I've tried to get staff to encourage people to use what
Google offers.  It's not easy to get customers to use this, though, so I'm
working on tutorials to put on our web site (using screencasting software)
and I've taught staff training courses on using Google.  Zoho is a nifty
alternative if people don't like Google....
