Identity theft criminals frequently use job ads to gather information.
That means that job applications should not provide detailed identity
information in an initial application. Organizations must realize that
the best candidates may not apply if the job ad process is risky.
If Danbury is as great a place to work as they claim, they might want to
create a less risky application process.
