[Web4lib] preview cell phone view

[Nancy E. Sosna Bohm]

In the Opera Mini 4 beta Simulator (
http://www.operamini.com/beta/simulator/ ), menus that require javascript do
not work. Without getting into a discussion about the necessity of having
non-javascript alternatives for menus, can anyone tell me if cell phones in
general do not process javascript?
