The University of Illinois Graduate School of Library and Information Science and Alliance Library System are pleased to offer spring courses in the Virtual Worlds Continuing Education Series.  Chck out this website for course descriptions, dates, and instructors.

  Introduction to Librarianship in Virtual worlds, Working with a Class In Second Life, Setting Up an Educational Presence in Second Life, Survey of Librairanship in Virtual Worlds, Technical Skills for the VIrtual World Librarian, Intermediate Virtual World Librarianship-Programming and Planning, Libraries and Immersive Learning in 3D Virtual Environments.
