As someone who knows and respects Bill, I could actually have been 
nudged into believing he is seriously interested in whether or not 
Amazon can be gamed. Not as credulous as if he had picked any other 
title to suggest for this exercise, perhaps.  All I can say in his 
defense beyond that, is that unlike most commercial messages that leak 
onto lists, at least there was a modicum of tailoring the message to the 
medium. :)
