[Web4lib] Fortres software?

We use Time Limit Manager here at Angelo State University because we
provide access to the complete Microsoft Suite on our 30 Reference
computers and we consequently have a lot of non-research use. The
only problem we have with the software is trying to get people to use
the Time Limit Manager button to log out of their session, as opposed
to using the traditional Microsoft Start button. This means that we
have to reset Time Limit Manager session by hand or by using the
program server software on a Reference Desk computer - otherwise a
new user will only get the remaining time of the previous user's session.
