[Web4lib] Peculiar behavior in a webpage

Surprise, it displayed nicely in Opera...I saw a bunch of warnings when I ran it through Tidy.
Nothing that really jumped out though. It didn't like all of those empty <p></p> tags. That is a ton of code. Your load time would be much better if you cut that page into multiple parts, I pity someone on dial up who wants to look up something in the xyz section of that page.

Firefox does have trouble displaying IFRAMEs taller than 32767 pixels.

I don't see any IFRAMEs, but maybe this is a similar issue.
