Actually,

I think this email list can be helpful with CSS questions as well. After
all, it's supposed to be for web stuff for libraries ;). CSS certainly
fits better than thumbdrives for this list. There's resources out there
for those who do html/css and other types of development, but we're more
friendly than some of them ;). I'm also pretty sure we have enough
web/css guru's here that we can answer a good number of questions.

Of course, they might get a better response for CSS questions on that
list, I don't know how they treat newbies. The archives/faq are probably
a highly useful source even without going to that list. I'm not a member
of the CSS list so I can't say for sure what the response is like.

How effective this list is for those learning Dreamweaver, that's where
I'm a little less sure. Not that I want to drive anyone away, but
questions about Dreamweaver might get answered a little quicker and more
likely to be accurate if you find a forum, mailing list, or chat group
dedicated to Dreamweaver. Or if you're confused about the stylesheet it's
generating, posting it like Megan mentioned is probably the best way to
get help. After all, those without Dreamweaver can still help with
html/css questions.
