Instruments and reports from usability tests, surveys, and focus groups at
UC Berkeley are posted on our User Research page, thanks to my colleague
Pat Maughan:
Results from 47 usability studies having to do with terminology, with
citations and links to the test documents, are posted on my site, "Library
Terms That Users Understand":
Most of the published and web-posted test instruments and data I've seen
are from academic libraries. I think the idea of a page gathering usability
tests from public libraries is well worth pursuing.
