[Web4lib] Koha Upgrade Story

Hi all,

I remember reading about a library in Ohio (I think) that decided to pay
the Koha programmers to develop their catalog instead of going with a
traditional vendor.  I keep mentioning this story to others, but I can't
seem to remember where I read it.  Does anyone know what I'm talking
about - I'd love to share the article/news/post (whatever it was) with
others in my library - and I thought you would be the group to ask.
