[Web4lib] Proxxy Servers

Good morning all,

I was at the OCLS Conference last week, and a presenter brought up the fact
that the Univ. of the West Indies does not have a proxy server for its
databases. I thought it would be an excellent opportunity for collaboration
if someone had the resources. While it is out of my domain, I thought one of
you may be interested, perhaps even as a grant opportunity.

library is Evadne McLean. Unfortunately, she could not make the conference,
so her co-presenter put in a plug for her. If you are interested, but cannot
