[Web4lib] mission/ vision/ project statements for websites

Hi all-

I'm gathering sample mission/vision/project or goal statements for our WebDev team to consider as we craft our own. If you have anything like this for your library website and would care to share, I would greatly appreciate it!

Also, if you'd care to share anything about the process which was involved in producing it, that would be of interest as well.
