R: [Web4lib] finding a web counter - Google Analytics

Dear colleagues,
I'd like to adopt Google Analytics to create statistics for my library's
website. I have asked for the account and now I have my invitation code.
However I've read the terms of the service that Google requests to accept,
and I've found that they're very limitative and that may be as an
institution we have to take legal information before subscribe.
For instance, Google could decide to change the (economical) terms of the
contract without asking any permission to the institution that uses
Analytics. I think this could be virtually dangerous from an administrative
point of view.
Is there any library adopting Analytics? Have they accepted Google service
terms?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Bonaria
