[Web4lib] USB Hard Drives

The only problem I could think of is that, depending on the computer 
and the hard drive they are using, your patrons might require access to 
a second USB port in case the first one does not provide enough power 
to run the drive. However, I had never had any problems using my 60 GB 
drive using just one port.
