Are you apologizing for "this outage" or "this out_r_age"?

The obvious solution is that you never go on vacation, never take a day off,
never go home at night.... AND, you take a laptop and cell phone wherever
you go so you can be online 24/7 to instantaneously notice and fix any and
all glitches.
