Hi Chris,

I'll make it brief:

We have approx 25 FTEs

1.  Do you maintain your website in house, or do you outsource?
In house

2.  How many hours per week does your staff, or your contractor,
spend on the website?
Varies, not much now but 1 person full time during significant periods
of change/redesign.

3.  What web authoring tools do you use?   
Web-based WYSWYG editor (part of content management system) and
Dreamweaver.

4.  Have any libraries in this size range investigated or
implemented a Content Management System?
