[Web4lib] OpenURL servers and outbound linking

Dear All,

I'm currently working my way through all of the issues surrounding
implementing an OpenURL server here at USQ. One of the questions that
has come up is the number, and type, of outbound links that can be
displayed for a specific citation. For example some publishers provide
links such as:

- Article abstract
- PDF article
- HTML article
- Journal table of contents

Others provide even more options. 

I'm interested in hearing peoples thoughts on what links they provide
via their OpenURL server. For example do you only provide the article to
the full text, or do you provide all of the links possible, or some
other alternative?
