We get updated title lists monthly via email appear to have start dates
but not end dates. 
Here is sample what they include.

Status, ISSN, E-ISSN, Date from, Title, Publisher, Publisher Short Name
Current,1173-8324,0000-0000,2000-,Inpharma,"Adis International",adis

   Has anyone who maintains an OpenURL server been able to get quality 
title subscription lists from Ingenta with start dates? I feel like have

  contacted everyone there, and although it seems like a simple request 
it's currently not possible with their current configuration and setup.
