Are We There Yet?
The ViDe 2007 Conference is soliciting presentations on cutting edge
strategies for converging media: videoconferencing, streaming video,
Voice over IP, collaboration technologies, and new media applications in
higher education, K12, medicine and research. Presentations on any
technologies, innovative practices or important issues with digital
video and converging communication technologies are welcomed, but
particularly in the following areas:
· Converging Technologies: Real World Campus Experiences
· Communications Technologies/Digital Video in K12
· Communications Technologies/Digital Video in Higher Education
· Communications Technologies/Digital Video in Medicine and Research
· Voice over IP
· Big Video
· High Definition Video
· Public Broadcasting
· Video Access in the Age of Google
· Video on Demand: Organization, Search and Retrieval, Delivery
Please submit a short abstract (one paragraph to one page) at the
conference submission website: http://www.easychair.org/ViDe2007/
Presentation dates are Tuesday, March 27 and Wednesday, March 28.
Please indicate in your abstract whether or not you will be presenting
on-site or remotely, via videoconferencing.
