[Web4lib] Open-access sites that generating OpenURLs

I just remembered.  HLAS, The Hispanic and Latin American Studies databases 
at the Library of Congress also allows you to specify your OpenURL server 
by defining a magic URL syntax.  The database is at

	http://lcweb2.loc.gov/hlas/

and the instructions for OpenURL linking are at

	http://lcweb2.loc.gov/hlas/openurl.sysadmin.html
