[Web4lib] IM Reference using Google Talk?

Well,

I use Gtalk, and it has a great benefit of voice chat. It's a pretty
simple interface. But to my knowledge, it can only talk to other Gtalk
users. It also stores chat conversations in your Gmail account, but you
can make chat sessions off the record if need be.

Subject: [Web4lib] IM Reference using Google Talk?

Hello--

We're investigating using Google Talk for IM Reference. Are any of you
using it? If so, I'd be very interested in picking your brains about
the
good, the bad, and the ugly.

Thanks
