[Web4lib] web hosting service

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned DOTEASY.COM. I have several web 
sites hosted by them. Their $0 plan works for the simple sites I 
manage. It isn't really free, I think I pay $25 per year for 
registering the domain with them.
