[Web4lib] RSS feed from email list

Several of the H-net lists are available as an RSS feed.  I do 
moderating on the EdTech list and haven't seen problems or heard 
complaints with subscriptions
Feeds list <http://www.h-net.org/about/rss.php>

Hmmm, just discovered the spell check didn't know RSS....
