Weblibbers,
I have asked our webmaster to add some functionality to our Library
Instruction Request Form located at
http://www.csupomona.edu/~library/html/libinst.html
Namely, I would like the faculty member requesting instruction to be able
to upload their assignment/syllabus into the webform ( ala
http://www.library.fullerton.edu/instructionrequest) so the teaching
librarian has all that information from the moment they request instruction.
My webperson is saying that our webforms can't handle a local file as an
attachment, or at least she is not sure of the code to accomplish this.
Do any of you out there have examples of some pages and code that I can
give to her so we can get this done?
Thanks in advance for any advice,

>>>>>>>>Fullerton is using asp versus ours which is a perl script form
email. The script does not have a feature to capture a "text" file. I
also don't think a unix email can handle very large file as part of the
text. I need more time to look into if the unix email is possible to
handle a local attachment.
If you know off hand that generic unix email can handle a local file as an
attachment, please let me know.
