[Web4lib] {pr02} OSS modules for SIP Authentication

I have a java implementation of much of the SIP2 protocol available from
here (http://www.ceridwen.com/si/download.html)

The sample.java code illustrates a simple authentication.

Drop me a note if you use this so I can keep you informed of updates.
