[Web4lib] web log analysis tool

I've been running Urchin on a few different servers for years now and have
been very happy with everything. It is rather expensive, though that may
change because they were recently bought by Google.

I'm not sure what "more than we need" would be, but it never hurts to have
more than you need now, because you never know what you'll need down the
road.
