Q. How much will the toolkit cost? 
A. There is no out-of-pocket cost to download the beta version of the
toolkit. However, the toolkit will only work on computers that have genuine
Windows software (that is, software legally licensed from Microsoft).

The price of version 1.0 of the Shared Computer Toolkit has not yet been
finalized; it will be announced when version 1.0 is released.
