[Web4lib] Google study

Hi: Several components within our agency have purchased the Google
search appliance for their public web sites. 
I'd like to do a study on how well Google performs as the search engine
for these public web sites. 

To get started, I"m compiling a list of criteria by which to judge the
Google search applicane's performance as the search engine for these
public web sites. If anyone has done such studies of their
organization's search engine (Google or not), I'd be interested in
seeing your criteria.
