[WEB4LIB] domain name squatters

Well, I went to washoecountylibrary.com and found exactly the info I
wanted on dating (joke).

According to Allwhois.com, it's registered to "LaPorte Holdings, Inc." 
You really wonder how legal it is for them to (implicitly) represent
themselves as the Washoe County Library.  What if I were to open up a
currency exchange and call it "Bank of America"?
