New Resources on Wireless Librarian

I have added WLAN troubleshooting documents from Kent Fiske, Information
Systems Manager,
Teton County Public Library, Jackson, Wyoming.  They are on the "Links
of Interest" page in PDF format.  I have also set up a page for "Free
Software for Creating Hotspots."  It currently has one link on it.

80 libraries to my list after I finish jury duty next week.
