[WEB4LIB] Firefox problem --Solution

Thanks to everyone who replied.  Special thanks to Thomas Krichel 
who reminded me that "name"  is deprecated and Rachel Vacek for 
finding a typo in the page (the id was lowercase and the href was 
upper case).
