[Web4lib] looking for job description examples

All,

We're looking to retool a web position in our library that was mostly 
graphic design and production to a position that focuses more on 
usability and information architecture.  This person would make 
recommendations about the information architecture of the Library's 
web space, lead the usability testing of the library's sites, and 
participate in the creation of new sites and revision of existing ones.

Do any of your institutions have such positions?  If you, would you 
be willing to share job descriptions?
