[Web4lib] Subscriber Removal Clarification

As one who was rightfully warned (very gently I might add) in the past
because of an off topic post, I fully support the decision by Roy and
the board. All they are actually doing is enforcing their original
decision made many years ago. Chuck was very deceptive in resubscribing
under essentially an alias. While there is nothing wrong in itself by
doing that, he did not ask to be reinstated to the list. I manage
several lists including the LibWireless list and understand fully the
decision made. In fact, I have based the policy for that list on the
policy used here successfully for many years. Keep up the good work,
Roy, et al.
