The founder of Wikipedia, Jimmy Wales, says users will now be required to register before they can create articles. The change comes amid complaints by journalist John Seigenthaler; his biography on the Web site claimed he was a suspect in the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and his brother, Robert Kennedy. Siegenthaler and Wales discuss the change in a follow up to a previous program on accuracy and accountability at Wikipedia.
