[Web4lib] Technology literacy question

I'm doing research on "the role of libraries in promoting technology 
literacy." The problem is that I am inundated with sources dealing only with 
"information literacy." Can anyone suggest web links, subject directories, 
or links to libraries/organizations that deal with "technology literacy" 
specifically?
