One feed generator I like a bit is a client-based application called 
ListGarden (http://softwaregarden.com/products/listgarden/). You can set 
it up such that multiple people can edit one feed, it will create a basic 
web page from the feed info for you, etc. It looks like the product was 
just updated last week to include support for podcasting among other 
things.
