Well, I'd install HTML-Kit <http://www.chami.com/html-kit/>, load up a
document and run it through HTML-Tidy setting the input to HTML and the
output to XHTML. Assuming you have well coded documents going in, it'll do
99.9% of the work for you.

I think there's even a way to batch the process somehow... Anyone?
