Library usage patterns in the electronic information environment

An interesting study of remote access to library electronic resources
vs. in-library access to the same electronic resources.

The authors find that in academic health sciences libraries "there were
approximately four remote networked electronic services users for each
in-house user" and that in main campus academic libraries "there were
approximately 1.3 remote users for each in-house user of electronic
information."
