[WEB4LIB] Link Managment tool

Is this something that needs to support multiple editors? If not, a very 
simple solution is to use the Bookmarks in Mozilla or Firefox, since the 
bookmarks are stored in an html file, and the bookmark management tools 
in either browser are fairly robust (imho).

Of course there are several ways to do this in a more dynamic fashion, 
e.g. setting up a database of links and writing to it via a php 
web-form, but if you are the only one managing this list then why bother?
