Regarding my recommendations, please read further posts, such as:

We also ran into non-resolvable accessibility issues. We have blind and
low-vision users who were unable to see Zoomerang surveys; we also ran into
problems with some browsers and operating systems. We're using up our
license and will not use this product after the license expires.
