> *	Win32 GUI Programming (win32, MFC, or cross-platform toolkits)
> *	Experience with web programming (mod-perl, CGI, Javascript) 
> *	Experience with OOP in C++ and/or Java

> Desired: 
> *	Experience with cross-platform GUI development 
> *	Experience with database programming (SQL, ODBC, DBI) 
> *	Experience with library data and familiarity with library operations

> The GUI Developer will work as part of a team to design and implement a library automation solution for the Georgia Library PINES program. The primary responsibility will be to develop and test the application's client side components.  The GUI Programmer will serve extra duty as a Quality Assurance Specialist and a Support Programmer for the other team members. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of controls and widgets, and will have a strong awareness of workflow and interface issues.
