IE problem again

Dear All

Thanks to those who helped out with the front page graphic of Wales on 
the Web yesterday.

We now have another problem with IE

Text under the main headings section is rather large- too large. We are 
unable to fix it.

Rest of the site is fine though- size of text is what we want. At the 
moment, the test style isn't consistent.
