That assumes the (non-existent) log file is written to while DF is off.
Assuming you want to log that the complete reboot thawed, reboot frozen
cycle was successful that would have to be noted after DF was turned back
on. At that point you'd want to log it in a thaw space.

Either way, it doesn't happen yet so the person who wants this feature will
need to request it for the next version.
